PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Full refund requests must be received in writing by 4:30 p.m. 10 or more days prior to the first day of the workshop. Refund requests received in writing between the ninth and third days prior to the first day of the workshop will be granted at 50 percent of the registration fee. There are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations received within two days of the first day of the workshop.
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, we retain the right to take photographs and or videos of participants during the conference and use those photographs or videos in educational and promotional materials.
Socratic Seminar International reserves the right to cancel this conference for any reason. If we must cancel, we will refund registration fees promptly. We are not responsible for expenses incurred by the purchase of non- refundable air tickets or any other expenses. We also reserve the right to change the conference location, if necessary, and will notify you immediately if such a change occurs.
ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS:
The submission and completion of online registration is a binding legal commitment by the Payer (person, school, or school district ) to pay for all registration costs. It is the responsibility of the Payer (person, school, or school district) to accurately submit all contact information, especially email addresses and phone numbers. Once the online registration process is completed, the Payer and all registered participants can expect to receive an automated Confirmation Email Message with all pertinent workshop information. If the Payer or any participant (s) does not receive a Confirmation Email Message, it is the responsibility and obligation of the Payer and or the participant (s) to make direct contact with Socratic Seminars International at Oscar@SocraticSeminars.com or at 509-386-5169 to confirm registration.
